Car Service Above and Beyond for the Layton, UT Area

Whether you're a dedicated Ford owner or the proud driver of another make and model, you know how important it is to keep that car or truck in prime condition, whether it's a new Ford F-150 or a used off-brand sedan, hatchback, or SUV. Staying on top of everything from regular service and factory maintenance to even the smallest occasional repair is paramount, especially here in northwest Utah, where rainy springs, hot summers, and lake-effect snow off the Great Salt Lake during the winter can quickly put a damper on your travel plans.

You'll need a leading-edge Ford service and maintenance facility to take care of it all, and that's where ours here in Layton comes in. Our expert team of trained car repair technicians has years of experience under its work belt, not to mention access to the latest tools and tech in the industry. So, no matter what your vehicle needs, you can count on us to get the job done right the first time, and with distinction. Here are just a few of the services we offer on the daily here on North Main Street in town.

  • Oil changes and leak fixes. Engines accumulate contaminants as they run. Motor oil helps eliminate them from your fuel system. Flush and replace the fluid regularly, and you can look forward to a longer-lasting, more efficiently-operating engine. But if you notice oil spots or a slick on the way out of that parking spot in Clearfield, chances are that your oil system has a crack or leak -- not a good situation for your engine oil supply over time. Not to worry, though -- we can change it, and if need be, help find the source of your leak and patch it up.
  • Brake changes and repairs. When you step on your brake pedal, do they crunch, squeak, or whine? Are you primarily a city driver, around, say, Ogden, UT -- stuck in frequent stop-and-go traffic? Getting your brakes repaired or just plain changed might be in order. We can put in new brake pads, perform maintenance on your discs, drums, or rotors, and more -- it's our second nature.
  • Tire repairs and replacements. Over time, your set of wheels bear the brunt of time and Mother Nature. As a result, your treads can wear down, "penny tests" can fail, balance problems can occur, and everything from damage to flats can happen -- and a stranding near Kaysville is no fun. Whatever your tire needs, however, we'll get you back on the road, with the right tires for your brand and model, whether it's time for summer or winter, you need all-season or performance, or you're looking for specialty run-flat or low-rolling-resistance tires, not to mention another type. We'll even install, balance, and, over time, rotate them, extending their lives in the process. It's what we do.
  • Battery replacement. Electrical power sources run down over time, and they can simply quit every four years to up to about every six. You usually don't get much warning, and landing on the side of the road outside of Syracuse, UT can be a driver's worst nightmare. A fix is no problem, however -- we'll be glad to swap out the old one for a new one.
  • Suspension and front-end alignment work. If your ride isn't "riding" like it used to, and you've spent a lifetime driving across asphalt or churning over rugged terrain, you could have either a suspension problem or your wheel alignment could be off. Look the other way on these, and it can lead to premature tire weakening, steering issues, damaged components, and even plummeting fuel efficiency. We'll set things straight for you, however, no matter which is the case.

Best of all, we'll take care of whatever work you need using only genuine Ford and OEM-approved auto parts and accessories -- quality assurance you may not find from a local garage, sole mechanic, or body shop. Moreover, if you're looking to customize your ride, we can help with that, too. Whether you're looking for a lift or level kit to elevate your off-road excursion, custom seating to personalize your interior's look and feel, a Reflex bed liner for durability, or another upgrade, we're the place to go for a host of EKF Custom aftermarket accessories. Just get in touch and ask for Wayne Walth.

Ready to set up a service appointment? It's easy. You can give us a call or, to save time, fill out a form right here on the Web. We look forward to helping you and your vehicle get back on the road in no time!
