This is by far the easiest and quickest I have ever purchased a new car. I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly the paperwork was handled and the fact that I didn't have to spend all day waiting. Got a good overview and Jose (Murillo) helped set my phone up and it has been great having a hands free system. ?..Within a couple of minutes of arriving I am welcomed by sales associate Mike Schofield. I gave him my 3 goals: "must haves", "would be nice to have" and my "out the door price". There were quite a few options available and my wife and I were shown them all. Mike's presence was not uncomfortable, conversation wasn't forced and he really seemed eager to help (as Opposed to pushy sales). We test drove two cars and were given liberal opportunity to drive to our heart's content, but we wanted time to discuss our options-neither car really appealed to us. If Mike was perturbed about us leaving and "wasting 2 hours of his time" it didn't show. If anything he was content with being outside and showing us around??..We came back the next afternoon?.didn't realize how late it was when we returned?.but we liked this car and Mike (despite the hour) offered to do paperwork on it???Although unintentional, if EVER there was a model for "pain in the butt customers", we would be one of them! All said and done we drove 4 cars, extended hours well past closing to get financing?..yet all were in good spirits the whole time. What really appeals to me is the way everyone presented themselves. First impressions, right? Jose (Murillo) was our salesman and he was excellent! Not extremely pushy, just down to earth and wants the best for the buyer.
