Ed Kenley Ford is looking for a hardworking, goal-oriented Internet Sales Representative to manage internet/phone leads of people searching for vehicles and give those customers a reason to visit our showroom.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute customer communications via email, telephone and text and at times face-to-face, in line with standards and processes.
- Set dealership appointments, achieve lead-to-Dealership goals
- Enter all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into the CRM and completing customer service follow up duties.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a clean (no more than two moving violations) driving record.
- Availability to work Saturday
- Strong ability to navigate the internet
